At VGC Abogados, I am a member of the Criminal Litigation and Environmental Criminal Compliance team. Prior to joining the firm, I was an associate attorney at the Luengo Montt Law Firm, which specializes exclusively in criminal litigation, primarily in the area of economic criminal law, where I participated in developing case strategies, appearing before courts, and drafting legal briefs and memos to advise clients. I also served as a legislative advisor at the Ministerio de Educación, where I was responsible for drafting, reviewing, and processing legislative reforms in the field of education, as well as providing advice on public law and sector-specific law. My professional career also includes experience as an investigative and trial attorney at Osorio Vargas & Abogados, Krauss & Donoso Abogados, and Carey & Co., in the areas of public law, criminal litigation, civil law, arbitration, and bankruptcy law.
I have been a teaching assistant at the University of Chile School of Law since 2018, teaching courses in Criminal Law, Criminal Law and International Criminal Law, Procedural Law, Juvenile Criminal Law, Civil Law, Constitutional Law, Commercial Law, and Introduction to Law. Since 2025, I have also served as a senior teaching assistant at the School of Law in Universidad Diego Portales, teaching the course on Legal Reasoning.
