At VGC Abogados, I am director of the Biodiversity and Protected Areas team and am in charge of the area dedicated to services related to the EPR Law. I am a lecturer of the Environmental Law Master’s program at Universidad del Desarrollo, the Environmental Law Diploma at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso, and the Environment and Sustainable Development Diploma at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where I teach the Law and Biodiversity course. Previously, I was an attorney at the Legal Department of the Environmental Commission of Chile (CONAMA), then head of the Administrative Appeals Department of the Legal Division of the Environmental Assessment Service and head of the Environmental Legislation and Regulation Department of the Legal Division of the Ministry of the Environment. I have been recognized by the Best Lawyers ranking in 2024 and 2025 in the “Ones to Watch” category, for my practice in Environmental Law. I am a member of the Chilean Environmental Law Association (ACHIDAM).
