I joined VGC Abogados as a partner in 2013, following a distinguished professional career that began at Vergara y Cía, where I worked for 17 years as legal counsel on mining, water, and energy matters, supporting the development of several projects with domestic and foreign capital, from exploration through execution. I serve as an advisor to the Mining Council. Author of numerous publications on Environmental Law, Energy, and Natural Resources. I have been teaching as an academic since 1994, delivering Mining Law courses at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. In 2006, I established the Natural Resources course at that university, which I continue to teach to this day. Professor of the LL.M. program at that institution. I have been recognized in the prestigious rankings of Chambers and Partners Latin America, The Legal 500, Leaders League, and by my peers in the Best Lawyers publication. Member of the Chilean Bar Association.
