Our environmental litigation team is among the most experienced and recognized in Chile, specializing in representing clients in high-profile environmental disputes with national and international significance. Over the years, we have built deep expertise in Chilean environmental law and its practical applications across diverse contexts.

At VGC Abogados, I am part of the Environmental Litigation and Dispute Resolution teams, as well as the Biodiversity and Protected Areas team. In the first, I have focused mainly on the strategy and defense of high-profile environmental cases in both judicial and administrative courts. Especially in the energy and mining sectors. In the Biodiversity and Protected Areas team, my focus is on the implementation of the SPAB Law and its challenges.
Previously, I worked in the Environment team at Prieto Abogados. I have served as an assistant at the Environmental Law Center of the Universidad de Chile Law School. I belong to Libertades Públicas A.G., an organization that promotes the formation of a tolerant and free civic culture. I am a member of the Bar Association.
