Patricio Walker Assumes Chair of the UDP’s Board of Trustees

Patricio Walker, Senior Counsel at VGC Abogados, assumed the chairmanship of the Board of Trustees of Universidad Diego Portales (UDP) during a recent ordinary session. This appointment marks a significant milestone for the organization, as Walker is a UDP alumnus, a former president of the university’s Student Federation, and has served two terms on its Board of Trustees.

This council is the supreme governing and supervisory body of the UDP. It is responsible for safeguarding the university’s assets and ensuring its leadership adheres to institutional statutes. Consequently, assuming this presidency is a role of great prestige and responsibility within the university’s governance.
