As partner in charge of the Environmental Litigation and Dispute Resolution area, I have focused on providing strategic guidance in multi-jurisdictional disputes and high-profile environmental cases. I have expert handling of complex legal matters in the mining and energy sectors and have been recognized by the prestigious French ranking “Leaders League” for my practice in the field. I began my professional career at the “Human Rights Program” of the Ministry of the Interior and Public Security and subsequently worked as an attorney at Human Rights First, New York. I am a lecturer at the Legal Clinic of the Faculty of Law of Universidad de Chile. I belong to Libertades Públicas A.G., an organization that promotes the formation and consolidation of a tolerant and free civic culture. I am a member of the Chilean Bar Association.
